Most brand + website projects take 8 weeks, with plenty of support to keep things flowing (and stress-free). You’ll get clear timelines from day one, so you always know what’s happening next.

My signature service, The Dreamcatcher starts at £4,000. It’s a full brand + website glow-up built to reflect your vision and attract your dream clients. Brand or Web Design only (£2,000) and Design Days (£400+) are also available depending on your goals—just reach out and we’ll map out what feels aligned.

I require a 50% deposit to secure your start date. Remaining payments can be split across the project timeline. I’m happy to talk through payment plan options if needed.

Beyond your energy and good vibes, it’s essential that you have a clear vision for how you want your brand to feel. The best results come from a true collaboration between your ideas and mine. To guide this process, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire aimed at uncovering your direction, which I will then develop and build upon.

Additionally, I will need any copy and imagery for the website at the midpoint of the project. All these requirements will be communicated clearly at the outset, ensuring you’re fully informed and confident about what’s needed.

Yes! I create responsive Squarespace sites tailored to your brand, optimised for SEO essentials, mobile performance and a seamless user experience. Along the way I’ll guide you through domain setup and launch steps, plus provide a clear, easy-to-follow user guide so you can confidently make your own edits. Plus with our Design Days you can get ongoing site support to keep your site shining bright.

At the start of each project I’ll map out a clear timeline and share it with you. I’ll only ever ask for an extension if it’s in the name of better work. In return, I expect timely communication and feedback from you.

For website projects specifically, if content isn’t provided by the agreed start date, the project will be paused and rescheduled according to my next available slot. A restart fee applies to discourage frequent starts and stops.

Our communication will be via email after our initial Disco Call. I will typically share design work in a pre-recorded presentation format with live links to design files, then follow-up emails to discuss refinements and handover.

Yes! Once we’ve completed your project you will have exclusive access to The Daydream Design Day rates and monthly retainers as your brand continues to grow.
