As a small, creative studio, I can only take on a handful of aligned projects each year - chosen with so much care around your vision, your timeline and your budget. When you enquire, the more details you can share, the better - it helps me see the bigger picture of your dreams.

  • Yes! A non-refundable 34% deposit is required to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining two payments are broken up over a period of a few months, so you can confidently invest in your business with ease. If you need a different payment plan, just ask!

  • Our branding process takes around 4 weeks and the full branding + website journey is about 12 weeks from start to finish. Because we give every project the time, attention and creativity it deserves, we’re often booked out months in advance — and honestly, it’s worth the wait.

  • We don’t do “just a logo.” A tiny mark can’t tell your whole story or set you up for long-term success. We design full brand identities — the look, voice, vibe and systems that make your business unmistakably you. It’s a big investment, but worth it when your vision and mission match your website, socials and client experience.

  • When your brand is finalised, you’ll walk away with a ready-to-use identity that includes:

  • We only offer web design to clients who’ve completed the Everglow branding experience. Why? A website built on a strong, custom brand identity performs better, looks more cohesive and connects more deeply with your dream clients.

  • We do our best work when we build your brand from scratch. Mixing old bits with new often leaves a patchwork result that doesn’t speak to your dream clients. Hand us full creative freedom and we’ll craft a cohesive, custom identity that turns heads—and actually grows your business.

  • Alongside the dreamy branding + web experience we create, we’ll also build basic SEO best practices right into your website.

  • Jaq leads every Everglow project from start to finish. She’s the creative behind your brand and does all the design work herself, making sure every detail is intentional and truly you.
