Yes, absolutely! To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

Each project timeline depends on what we’re creating together, but here’s a guide:

• Mini Brand: around 2 - 4 weeks

• Website Design: 4 - 6 weeks

• Custom Brand + Web Design: around 8 - 10 weeks

• Additional collateral: add a few extra weeks depending on scope

Because I pour my full creative energy into each brand, I only take on a small number of clients at a time — meaning spots often book up in advance so it’s always best to enquire early.

For service-based founders, I design on Squarespace — it’s beautifully visual and easy for you to manage once we’re done.

I only design websites for businesses that go through the full Everglow branding process first or have a strong brand identity that aligns with my design style.

The Glow Up starts from £800 and The Dreamcatcher starts from £2,400 with flexible payment options available. Each project is bespoke — so your final investment depends on the scope and goals we’re bringing to life.
