Design days are perfect for clients that need their online presence nurturing. If you need to clean up your website, require design skills for a day or two, or just need some tech support, this is for you.

the DESIGN Process

From getting to know you and your business to the final design, learn all about my design process here.

  • Fill out the enquiry form and share your dreamy project details or to-do list. I’ll take a look and let you know what’s possible in a day (or two!) and give you a custom estimate.

  • If it’s a vibe, you’ll sign your Design Agreement and pay in full to secure your spot in the studio calendar. Once you've signed and paid you are officially booked in.

  • We’ll have a planning chat to share everything I need to bring your vision to life - think inspo, content, goals and glow up dreams.

  • I’ll get designing and keep you updated as I go. You’ll get a first look and a chance to share initial feedback.

  • From your feedback I will refine everything and send over your shiny new designs.

All your dreamy questions answered.

  • Yes! Every Design Day includes a planning call before we begin. This is where we map out your vision, set priorities and align on everything we need to make the most of your booked time. You’ll also have the option of a follow-up feedback call once the initial designs are done.

  • Don’t worry I leave 30 minutes of your booked time specifically for light revisions. Whether it’s a quick edit or a polish-up I’ll make sure everything feels aligned and ready to shine.

  • Absolutely. I’ll update you during the design phase so you know how things are progressing. If it looks like we’ll need extra time to complete your project I’ll always check in first before adding hours or costs.

  • Our communication will be via email. I will typically share design work in a pre-recorded presentation format with live links to design files, then follow-up emails to discuss refinements and handover.

  • Not exactly - and that’s intentional. While I call it a ‘Design Day’ the work is thoughtfully completed over 5 business days. Your project is still booked in blocks of 4 or 8 hours but the extended window gives time to create with intention and flexibility.

  • You sure can. If you’ve got a bigger project or a few design goals we can plan for multiple sessions or stacked Design Days. Just reach out with your ideas and I’ll make it happen. Design Days are perfect for brand tweaks, custom pages, website updates, digital assets, email graphics and more. If you’re not sure whether your task fits, just reach out - I’ll let you know if it’s a dreamy match.
