Timelines

  • It’s super easy! Fill out the enquiry form and we’ll schedule a relaxed consultation to chat about your vision - what I like to call a Disco Call. After that, I’ll send over a Project Proposal, Design Agreement and Deposit Invoice to confirm the project and secure your start date.

  • Once you’ve secured your spot with a deposit, we’ll schedule your project! My calendar fills up quickly, so it’s best to book early to book a time that works perfectly for you. During our consultation, I’ll let you know the next available start date and we can get excited about bringing your vision to life!

  • Creating your beautiful new brand + website usually takes about 8 weeks. This gives us plenty of time to craft something magical while keeping the process smooth and stress-free. I’ll share a detailed timeline upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

Design

  • I work exclusively with Squarespace, and here’s why: it’s beautiful, simple to manage and totally user-friendly. Perfect for you to feel in control of your website once it’s launched!

  • Totally! If you already have a Squarespace website but feel like it’s not quite ‘you’ anymore, I can give it a gorgeous redesign that aligns with your brand and goals. Fill in the enquiry form and we can chat about what’s possible!

  • When you book my signature brand + website package, you’ll get:

    ✹ A full brand identity (Logo Suite, Colour Palette, Font Styling, Illustrations/Patterns + Brand Guideline Document

    ✹ A stunning, custom 5-page Squarespace website designed just for you (extra pages and functionalities can be added!)

    ✹ A mobile-friendly design that looks fab on any screen

    ✹ Basic SEO setup to help your dream clients find you online

    ✹ A design that perfectly reflects your brand (using your logo, fonts and colours)

    ✹ A mini training session with Help Guide + Video Tutorials so you can confidently update your site after launch

  • This is a team effort! I’ll check in with you at key stages to get your feedback and make sure we’re on the right track. But don’t worry—I’ll handle all the technical and design details while keeping things fun and collaborative.

  • That’s what I’m here for! During our consultation, we’ll chat about your goals, style and vision. From there, I’ll create a mood board to guide the design direction. By the end, you’ll have a brand + website you absolutely adore.

Investment

  • To be completely transparent projects are priced by package and confirmed on application. This includes the entire design process, plus support to ensure your brand + website are everything you dreamed of. If you need additional assets, extra pages or special features, we can chat about pricing during our consultation.

  • Absolutely! Here’s how my payment plan works:

    ✹ A 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot

    ✹ The remaining 50% on completion and prior to website handover

    Payments can be made by BACS, Debit/Credit card or PayPal.

  • I don’t offer refunds on deposits as they are how I secure your spot and dedicate the time and resources to your project. Since I book in advance and often turn away other clients to save your space, the deposit helps ensure we are both committed to the project.

  • Of course! Life happens and I get it. Let me know as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to accommodate your new timeline. Your deposit isn’t refundable but it can be applied to your rescheduled project.

  • Asking about your estimated budget on the enquiry form helps make the onboarding process as smooth and easy as possible. It doesn’t mean I’ll overcharge - it means exactly the opposite - that I keep within your budget and allows me to:

    ✹ Find the Perfect Fit: It ensures I can offer services and recommendations that work within your range.

    ✹ Set Clear Expectations: Knowing your budget upfront helps us both stay on the same page from the start.

    ✹Streamline the Process: It allows me to focus on crafting the perfect solution for you, tailored to your investment.

Content

  • Beyond your energy and good vibes, it’s essential that you have a clear vision for how you want your brand to feel. The best results come from a true collaboration between your ideas and mine. To guide this process, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire aimed at uncovering your direction, which I will then develop and build upon.

    Additionally, I will need any copy and imagery for the website at the midpoint of the project. All these requirements will be communicated clearly at the outset, ensuring you’re fully informed and confident about what’s needed.

  • Yes, you’ll need to provide your website text and images—but don’t worry, I’ve got you! I’ll send you my Website Content Planner with prompts to make this super simple. And if writing or photography isn’t your thing, I can recommend amazing professionals to help.

  • No worries—we’ll get there together! But having your content ready (like text and images) is key to keeping things on schedule.

    To make things easier, I’ll send you my Website Content Planner to help you get everything organised and ready to go so we can flag any issues before we start!

    But please note:

    ✹ If it’s not ready by our agreed deadline, your project will be paused and we’ll reschedule based on my availability

    ✹ A small rescheduling fee may apply if the delay is significant

Post-Launch

  • Congratulations—your dream website is officially out in the world! After launch, I’ll send you everything you need to feel confident managing your new site, including a little tutorial and some handy tips. Plus, I’ll be available for any post-launch support if you need it.

  • Here’s a breakdown of the typical costs for maintaining your website:

    ✹ Squarespace subscription: £12–£35 per month, depending on the plan you choose (I’ll help you pick the right one)

    ✹ Domain name: Around £10–£20 per year

    ✹ Custom email (optional): About £5 per month per user, like a professional hello@yourdomain.com.

    That’s it! No hidden fees—just a few essentials to keep your site live and thriving.

  • Yes! Squarespace makes it super easy for you to update your website whenever you like. I’ll provide a training session and a guide so you can tweak text, swap images or add new blog posts with confidence. Of course, if you’d rather not do it yourself, I’m always here to help!

  • Yes! Website packages include 2 weeks aftercare. For ongoing maintenance you can book support sessions whenever you need it. Whether it’s making updates, adding features or refreshing your site in the future, I’m just an email away.

  • Of course! If your business grows (yay!) or you want to add new pages, I’d love to help. We can discuss updates as your needs evolve and keep your site perfectly aligned with your brand.
